The office staff were always approachable, responsive, and professional, dealing with any concerns promptly. Heritage Care made a very difficult time much easier for our family, and we would highly recommend them to anyone seeking care for family.

The care that Heritage Healthcare (Trafford & Cheshire) have provided for my mother has been second to none. She has been able to connect with each member of the team who have been assigned to her care on any given day. The team are supportive to her needs and always arrive on time. Last minute requests/changes have been managed professionally. We would highly recommend Heritage for your personal care or that of any of your loved ones.

Heritage provide an excellent service. The staff are well trained, polite and professional. They arrive on time and communicate well. They phone me when at my mums of there are anynossues so I can get things resolved quickly. The office team are experienced, helpful and flexible which makes life so much easier. Heritage Healthcare provide a useful service to me. I live in a nursing home and this company gave me carers to take me out each month to go shopping and for medical & dental appointments. The carers are pleasant and turn up on time. I organise my trips with the manager, and we communicate well. I arranged the taxis to go out, it is a valuable help.

The management and the wonderful team of carers have been supporting my mum and dad for a couple of years now, and are the reason my mum is able to stay on in her home now my dad has died. They are extremely responsive and kind, and truly look after my mum as a person. When we first met the manager we were struck by how well she understands the practicalities of giving care in a dignifed way, and this approach runs through everything HH does.
