Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the care provided to your mother by Heritage Healthcare. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to addressing any issues. We understand how crucial timely care is for someone with your mother's health conditions, and we regret any distress this situation may have caused. Upon thorough review, we found that the issues you raised were unsubstantiated. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) was informed and concluded that no further action was necessary. Additionally, no safeguarding issues were reported by other healthcare professionals involved in your mother's care. Regarding the late visits, your package of care did not stipulate visits at exact times but gave a time interval for visits. There were also instances when the carers were not allowed access to your property, which unfortunately impacted the timeliness of our service. However, any delays or changes to your mother's care were communicated correctly and in a timely manner.
