We have been so impressed with both management and,carers ,for my 96 year old father , genuine care and support given to him , 7 days a week , covered all aspects of what was required for him , with management checking regularly with us , that we were happy with the care , we have had dealings with many care companies over the years, for my mother in law and we only wish we had known of this company then ,as they are far conscientious and caring , than we have come across, Thank you too all , kind regards

From the very beginning, the whole team have shown kindness, patience and genuine compassion to my grandfather ,The carers treat my Grandfather with dignity and respect, but also with warmth and friendship. I have been using this care company for the last 18 months. I was hesitant at first to use a care company but this one been perfect they understand, listern and treat me with dignity. They help me where I need from my physio to my mental health and it feels so good that I can rely on a health care service I can trust. The staff are always so happy and friendly. Heritage Healthcare provide a useful service to me. I live in a nursing home and this company gave me carers to take me out each month to go shopping and for medical & dental appointments. The carers are pleasant and turn up on time. I organise my trips with the manager, and we communicate well. I arranged the taxis to go out, it is a valuable help.

Our family cannot rate Heritage Healthcare highly enough! The management and the wonderful team of carers have been supporting my mum and dad for a couple of years now, and are the reason my mum is able to stay on in her home now my dad has died. They are extremely responsive and kind, and truly look after my mum as a person. When we first met the manager we were struck by how well she understands the practicalities of giving care in a dignifed way, and this approach runs through everything HH does. Mum really loves getting to know the different helpers and looks on them as friends - thank you to the whole team!

I cannot speak highly of Heritage Care I started using them for my uncle in July 2023. I required this additional support to help me to care for my uncle. We were visited by one staff member in particular initially to discuss my uncles care package. They were able to put this in place very quickly and have continued to adapt to his ever changing needs. The carers treat my uncle with great care and dignity in so much as he feels very comfortable with the carers. They support me with my holiday cover when required and can always adapt to extra cover at short notice. My uncle has also used the service for going out to lunch and enjoyed very much too. We required some night care for mum, who has complex needs. Having used Heritage before we felt more than happy to reach out to the team once again. The standard of care given to mum is above and beyond what we hoped for. The whole experience has been amazing, in what has been a stressful period for the whole family. The professionalism of the team is outstanding from the first point of contact to talking to the team and arranging the calls. The care, understanding and support has really been appreciated. A special mention needs to go out to the carer. She is especially caring, giving the highest standard of individualised care for mum. She allows mum to keep her dignity and respects and supports her through some tough times. I couldn't recommend the company enough.

Heritage have been marvellous. We could not have managed without their assistance . Their care knowledge is excellent and we have had the benefit of this experience. Their staff are really good and comfort the client. Nothing is too much trouble.
