My care with Heritage is excellent, all carers show care with dignity and personal care is excellent my dignity always preserved. My carers are always smiling and happy and so helpful especially in day to day care and emergencies in my family.

We have found the Heritage carers to be exemplary. Without exception, the heritage carers have been consistently professional and have treated my mother with respect and dignity and infinite patience.

My husband, John, receives care which is excellent, can't fault any one the the carers for all their help with John. All are kind and considerate, and sees to all his needs with care and attention always.

The carers are good, they respect the service user and me and the care they give him is excellent. One carer stands out to us as a family, he is very caring, thoughtful and helpful. both the service user and I can't praise him enough. Well done Heritage.

Honestly couldn't be more disgusted in the service that my parents have received, to find that when we in trust these providers to help and support my parents whilst we are working to actually see with my own eyes that other than giving out medication they do not do anything other than make more mess
than to begin with. They can be rude and extremely lazy and treat my mother as though she is stupid.

The overall service, care and support provided is good. On the whole the carers do their jobs satisfactorily, giving sufficient support and care when they look after me. There are some carers who are more caring than others and will do more than they are required to do which is much appreciated. The
majority of the carers treat em with respect and make sure that I never feel uncomfortable. The staff and management are willing to help with any problems that might occur. The service that we have just meets the standards required but could be improved to reflect the financial list of the service.

There was an error when the pharmacy delivered someone else's medication to her home and the carer dispensed it. The list of medications on page 34 of her file had one of the doses wrong. Some of the carers are unfamiliar with putting her hearing aids in and one did not even close the battery compartment.
I have only received one invoice as her care commenced on 05/02/24 and that was wrong, but following my phone call, quickly rectified. My mother says the carers are very polite, attentive and punctual.

Heritage Healthcare, what an amazing company to have partnering up with myself as my partner's carers. We would never cope without them, they are our extended family. If we didn't have them my partner would be living in a care home. The quality of care they provide to us is exceptional. And we both
know if there are any issues or emergencies they are at the end of the phone for us. We would highly recommend them to everybody. A massive thank you and well done to Heritage Healthcare.

Outstanding care, punctual and if running late, they ring carers always have time for a chat with my dad and myself. They know him pretty well now and his sense of humour. One day in particular the carer said he didn't think dad was sounding himself, I just thought I was being a anxious carer, they
suggested to get a GP out which we did, my dad had had a mini stroke. I cannot fault their care at all and management are extremely helpful an I would highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with all the carers, they are all brilliant, caring, helpful and patient when my mum is angry. She's not the best with anyone and they all work through it and comfort her. I can't ask for a better care service and I recommend Heritage to everyone, they are 100%. I wouldn't want to lose
them, they are all lovely with my mum. Even when she's been unwell and gone into hospital, they all have enquired how she is doing. I thank you all, I always refused carers for Mum for a long time, but I fell on my feet having Heritage. Thank you!

This is an excellent service, staff are respectful, cheerful, reliable and always patient and ask if anything else can be done. Staff go above and beyond.
Sometimes, staff, have difficulty understanding me and their group's English needs to improve and language skills, training is needed. I also have
difficulty understanding what some carers are saying to me. This is the only area where I think the service could be improved in all other ways it meets my needs and the staff help my wife care for me.

I’ve had carers for my husband the last few months and all of them have been brilliant.
I cannot emphasise how amazing each and every person involved in my husband's care has been.
Everyone is so friendly and happy when they arrive and they always make my husband feel at ease. They cheer him up no
end.
The care is exemplary and everyone is very accommodating. I cannot thank Heritage enough! 100/10!
