We had settled into a routine of 3 visits per week which was sufficient to meet our needs. The carers work in a professional and friendly manner, they're always punctual and treated my husband with respect whilst also being considerate to me as his wife. We have recently had an unforeseen change in
our circumstances due to an accident which has impacted my ability to provide care for my husband. The response from Heritage was empathetic and within a couple of days an increase in visits was actioned. Heritage are fab company we appreciate them.

Heritage Healthcare provides regular daily care for my Aunt. I feel the carers have personally invested in my Aunt’s care and have taken time to get to know her as an individual. I have found them to be friendly and responsive, and in turn, they have worked with me to develop a plan of action to support
my Aunt, who has early-onset dementia. They have administered my Aunt’s prescriptions in a timely manner, and have collected prescriptions at short notice, and taken my Aunt to appointments. They are also beginning to support my Aunt with meals, cleaning, and laundry.
I had also struggled with the authorities for the last six months to remove redundant healthcare equipment from my Aunt’s home. However, once I had discussed this with the manager, it only took a matter of a few weeks to resolve. Heritage Healthcare has been patient and sensitive to my Aunt’s needs and I am confident with their ongoing support, my Aunt can continue to live at her home as independently as possible.

Nan has been with you for some time now. I must say her care is excellent. It's never easy to ask others to care for a loved one, but the team are amazing with Nan. They are so friendly and warm, and are extremely professional. The care and dedication is second to none. We have an excellent rapport,
they keep us updated if we are unable to attend for any reason, which makes things so much easier.

My mum has been looked after by Heritage Healthcare for over two years now and I am absolutely delighted with the care they give her. Everyone treats her with dignity and respect, they attend to all her needs in a friendly caring manner and any queries I have are always quickly dealt with by the manager.
Mum looks forward to seeing her carers each day and having a good chat with them. I feel like Heritage is a family that we are part of. We were very lucky to find them at a time when Mum started to lose some of her independence.

Heritage Healthcare (Cardiff) looked after Mum for approximately 8+ years until at the age of 99, Mum was no longer able to live alone independently.
The professional care given to Mum by the care manager & her devoted team of carers way exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
It was a great comfort
to my sister & me knowing that we had entrusted Mum into their care & that Mum was in very safe hands, especially with us being inexperienced as to Mum's requirements with frailty & her dementia.
We will be forever grateful to them as they gave us such valuable advice & guidance from the team that cared for Mum.
We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I have been very pleased with the care and understanding I have received and a very grateful. All the carers are friendly, kind and helpful and I have got to know them all. If they are ever going to be late (rarely) I receive a phone call and have never been left out. The office is very well managed
and I have had extra kindness on my birthday and Christmas and they support good causes. I would recommend them to anyone.

Heritage Healthcare (Cardiff) go above and beyond in the care that they give our mother. As a family, we have peace of mind knowing that all the carers that attend will do their utmost for Mum. They are caring and treat her with respect, and her dignity is paramount to them. It allows us as a family
to be able to visit Mum at a time that is convenient to us, as we are not tied to giving her her medication at a specific time as they take care of all of that. It's the little things that show how good they are and do as much for Mum, which in turn, helps us as a family too, like taking the refuse out for us and placing Mum's nightclothes ready for the nighttime carer. We trust Heritage with our precious commodity, which is Mum, and one carer, in particular, is actually like a third daughter. Mum is very comfortable with them all but has a very special bond with this particular carer, and it's lovely to see. We, as a family, are forever singing their praises and often recommend their services.

Due to Parkinson's Disease on top of an existing learning disability, my brother has become increasingly incapacitated and now relies completely on Heritage Healthcare Cardiff, which has looked after him wonderfully for several years. The care is friendly, personal and respectful. The carers understand
my brother's little quirks and eccentricities and know how to work with him when he is uncooperative or recalcitrant. They have a laugh and raise his spirits, and seem genuinely fond of him. We do not live nearby and he insists on living independently in his own home, which is only possible because of the full-on care package and the excellent line of communication Heritage maintains with us. Despite the distance they make us feel as though we are part of the team managing his needs, solving problems and supporting my brother's wishes.

My mum had dementia and Heritage Healthcare looked after her during this time. These people really are angels nothing was too much trouble for them. The love and care they showed my mum was second to none and I recommend them every opportunity I can. Sadly we lost my mum in July but I still pop into
Heritage just to say hello as they hold a special place in my heart.
