Overall Experience

I cannot I speak highly enough of Heritage Health Care North Tyneside. The initial assessment by the mangers was warm, professional and through, making sure they got it right for dad and offering useful suggestions of further things that may help. They matched dad up well and his carers were excellent;

always hard working, kind and respectful. The managers kept in good contact with me throughout, always happy to help and as dad's health failed they offered useful support and guidance along the way. I am very happy with the choice I made to use their service

Overall Experience

When I finally admitted that I needed help with personal care and help with some household chores that I could no longer manage, I contacted Heritage Healthcare. From the very first meeting, I knew that my needs were understood. My carers are respectful when providing personal care, ie washing, showering

and dressing. They also help with any household tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, etc. My carers are wonderful.

Overall Experience

Heritage provide care for my dad. They put his needs first and treat him with care and respect. They provide a flexible care package to my dad and when I'm not around, I'm reassured by the care that they provide for him. The communication is excellent and they are very professional. All appointments

are attended on time. The support they provide to us is invaluable and I would highly recommend them.

Overall Experience

We've had help and support with being discharged from hospital, to providing daily care in our own home. They have contacted various community services on our behalf, including meds from the pharmacy. They have been very reassuring and understanding to us both. They have made a very daunting time easy,

and all with a friendly, polite manner. They even pamper the pooch, too. Thanks for everything. Highly recommend

Overall Experience

Heritage health care are just amazing. They provided care for my mum who has Alzheimers, through multiple visits per week since Oct24 to Aug25.

The manager's knowledge is excellent, from her awareness of the medical condition to supporting providers (eg. Social Services) and I honestly think that

we'd still be struggling to negotiate through the relevant services in what was a very difficult time without her support.

The manager and the team provided personal care, household support and also took my mum on walks and visits to local coffee shops. They adapted the care they provided as needed, with maximum flexibility, in a compassionate, professional way.

Myself and my family really felt supported during our time with Heritage Health care, and I would recommend their services wholeheartedly. I just want to say a big thank you to Heritage Healthcare, particularly the manager - without whom the stress of caring for a close family member would have been so much challenging. Thank you!

Overall Experience

We met the manager and I was impressed by her warmth and commitment to help my husband who had been in hospital for 3 weeks. This continued with the carer who came on time and was most respectful and efficient with his duties and helping my husband. His help with showering and dressing him for the

day was excellent. The carer also tidied the bathroom and offered to make the bed for me.
This was most appreciated as I am recovering from a stroke.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Heritage to all that needed care and help in their home and recommend the manager and her team to all that needed care and dignity and her experience.and efficiency.

We are new to needing home care and it wasn't an easy decision to allow strangers into my mother's life. I have to say that from the very start, it was clear to see that this was a company that was driven by passion, for making a difference for the people they look after. Their approach has been professional,

but at the same time on a very personal level. They are becoming my mother's 'bestie' and for that i'm extremely grateful to and so pleased that we chose Heritage. My only regret - that we didn't find them sooner.

We have been using the providers since March and have been very happy with them. Standard of care has been exemplary. The providers have been responsive and are making sure that we have carers who are known to us and flexible in meeting our needs.

Overall Experience

This company is simply the best. The care kindness and compassion that the managers and team have shown my Mam is second to none.
They regularly update me on my Mams health and alert us to any changes in her behaviour and everyday needs.
On one occasion my Mam mentioned some make up that she needed

and the by the next day it she received it. This just goes to show that this company always put their client's needs first.
My Mam feels happy and safe with the team and has quickly bonded with them.
I now have peace of mind that my Mam is safe and very well looked after by this amazing team.

If I could give 6 stars I would!!

Overall Experience

Very efficient and courteous service making sure that clients' needs are met. Friendly and patient as the client has mobility issues and suffers from vascular dementia.
The client is made comfortable for bedtime and time is always made for a chat and a drink. The flat is always checked before leaving,

lights etc turned off and door locked and safe key secured. Staff have also asked if there is anything else they could do to help.
The staff have also given text feedback to advise of any issues.
The help the client and family have received has been excellent and supportive.
