The manager's knowledge is excellent, from her awareness of the medical condition to supporting providers (eg. Social Services) and I honestly think that
The manager and the team provided personal care, household support and also took my mum on walks and visits to local coffee shops. They adapted the care they provided as needed, with maximum flexibility, in a compassionate, professional way.
Myself and my family really felt supported during our time with Heritage Health care, and I would recommend their services wholeheartedly. I just want to say a big thank you to Heritage Healthcare, particularly the manager - without whom the stress of caring for a close family member would have been so much challenging. Thank you!
Compassionate, considerate and fully respecting my Fathers dignity at all times
No matter which care giver calls we know that they have the same high standards and Our Dad is in safe professional
Dad sends a personal Thank You
If I could give 6 stars I would!!
