We met the manager and I was impressed by her warmth and commitment to help my husband who had been in hospital for 3 weeks. This continued with the carer who came on time and was most respectful and efficient with his duties and helping my husband. His help with showering and dressing him for the
day was excellent. The carer also tidied the bathroom and offered to make the bed for me.
This was most appreciated as I am recovering from a stroke.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Heritage to all that needed care and help in their home and recommend the manager and her team to all that needed care and dignity and her experience.and efficiency.

We are new to needing home care and it wasn't an easy decision to allow strangers into my mother's life. I have to say that from the very start, it was clear to see that this was a company that was driven by passion, for making a difference for the people they look after. Their approach has been professional,

This company is simply the best. The care kindness and compassion that the managers and team have shown my Mam is second to none.
They regularly update me on my Mams health and alert us to any changes in her behaviour and everyday needs.
On one occasion my Mam mentioned some make up that she needed
and the by the next day it she received it. This just goes to show that this company always put their client's needs first.
My Mam feels happy and safe with the team and has quickly bonded with them.
I now have peace of mind that my Mam is safe and very well looked after by this amazing team.

Very efficient and courteous service making sure that clients' needs are met. Friendly and patient as the client has mobility issues and suffers from vascular dementia.
The client is made comfortable for bedtime and time is always made for a chat and a drink. The flat is always checked before leaving,
lights etc turned off and door locked and safe key secured. Staff have also asked if there is anything else they could do to help.
The staff have also given text feedback to advise of any issues.
The help the client and family have received has been excellent and supportive.

It's great knowing that someone has eyes on my mum every day. I know that she is eating properly and she is taking her medication thanks to Heritage Healthcare. Every carer is lovely with Mum and she likes them all. They let me know straight away if Mum has any issues. They are professional and punctual
