At Care Needs at Home, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Live-In Carers to support clients to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes across Wiltshire.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing person-centred care and companionship.
• Supporting with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition.
• Assisting with light household duties.
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings.
• Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times.

What we're looking for:

• Previous care experience (live-in experience desirable but not essential).
• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility and reliability.
