No previous care experience is needed – we'll provide and pay for all the training, support and induction you need to build a rewarding career in care.

A Typical Day Could Include:

• Visiting clients in their own homes and providing friendly, compassionate support.
• Helping with personal care, such as washing, dressing and getting ready for the day.
• Preparing meals and encouraging good nutrition.
• Supporting clients with medication where required.
• Making a cup of tea and enjoying a chat to reduce loneliness.
• Helping with light household tasks, such as washing up or laundry.
• Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping or social activities.
• Encouraging clients to remain as independent as possible.
• Keeping simple records of the support you've provided and sharing any concerns with the office team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are kind, reliable and genuinely enjoy helping others. To join our team, you'll also need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• To be available to work every other weekend.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• The right to work in the UK.
