Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events effectively
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Work alongside the Recruitment, HR Department and senior management to produce relevant documentation.
  • Maintain client and staff information via the company's care management software. for easy retrieval of information
  • Prioritizing and scheduling employee time and availability for efficient use of resources
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
