What You'll Do

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs, including:

• Personal care and hygiene support

• Medication prompting and administration (where trained)

• Meal preparation and nutritional support

• Companionship and emotional wellbeing

• Supporting with mobility and daily living activities

• Light household duties

• Escorting clients to appointments or into the community where required

• Maintaining accurate care records

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in carers who:

• Have previous experience working in domiciliary or community care

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred)

• Are compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Are reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care

• Can work independently while also being part of a supportive team

• Have the right to work in the UK

Experience supporting individuals with dementia, complex care needs, or end-of-life care is advantageous but not essential.
