Senior Coordinator – Domiciliary Care (Lewisham & Surrounding Areas)**
Salary: £25,000 – £26,500 per year
Hours: Full?time
Location: Lewisham (covering SE13, SE12, SE10, SE6, SE5, SE4, SE3, SE23)

We are expanding our leadership team and seeking a senior coordinator to support safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
The Role
As senior coordinator, you will support the registered manager with the day?to?day running of the service, ensuring safe care, strong continuity, and excellent communication with staff, clients, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational management of the service
- Lead the team in the Registered Manager’s absence
- Support rota planning and continuity across multiple postcode clusters
- Supervise carers, conduct spot checks, and complete competency assessments
- Complete care plan reviews, risk assessments, and MAR audits
- Respond to incidents, concerns, and safeguarding matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Maintain accurate records in Nourish and SharePoint
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and local authority contracts
Requirements
- Experience in domiciliary care leadership (Senior Carer, Supervisor, Coordinator)
- Strong organisational and rota management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Ability to manage pressure and fast?changing situations
- Competent with digital systems (Nourish, SharePoint, Excel)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Car driver (preferred)
