About the Role

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will live in a customer's home for an agreed period, providing companionship, practical support, and personal care tailored to their individual needs.

Every customer is different, meaning no two placements are the same. Your role may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Assisting with medication support
• Preparing meals and supporting nutrition
• Helping with mobility and safe moving practices
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting customers with appointments and social activities
• Light household duties and maintaining a safe environment
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
