Bluebird care has been nothing short of exceptional. During my dads battle with terminal cancer, we struggled to balance caring for him around the clock with our own lives. Megan in the office organised everything so easily for us. She organised the same set of carers to allow my dad to form a trusting relationship. All feedback was always taken seriously and we always felt like bluebird care genuinely really really cared for our dad. It is such a relief to leave your parent in not just capable hands but hands that genuinely care about their client. As a human. What a lovely team. This line of work is where true hero's reside. I'll be forever grateful. Xxx xxx

We can't thank Megan and her team enough for the care and compassion they showed to our dad. From the very beginning, they were professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond in every way. They treated him with dignity and respect, and supported our family through such a difficult time with genuine warmth and understanding.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it gave us real comfort knowing he was in such safe and caring hands. Megan and her team are an absolute credit to what they do, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one.

Bluebird care for myself and my partner has been outstanding, as I was struggling to cope with his needs we had a consultation and we both have never looked back
As being quite a young service user all his needs are met
Shopping , barbers , and as the weather is getting better
Well days out , the support we've (and myself ) had been outstanding
We've been through other care providers in the past but bluebird are the best around

The same carers to build rapport, and are just like family

Bluebird Care provided care and support to my dad and our family during the most difficult time of our lives. In his final months, the team delivered round-the-clock, 24-hour care with unwavering compassion, professionalism, and respect.

The staff treated my dad with genuine dignity, kindness, and patience, ensuring he was always comfortable and cared for as an individual, not just a patient. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond gave us real peace of mind, knowing he was in the best possible hands at all times.

What truly set Bluebird Care apart was the support they extended to our entire family. They showed incredible empathy, offering reassurance, guidance, and emotional support when we needed it most. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their presence made an incredibly painful time more manageable.

We will always be deeply grateful for the care, respect, and humanity they showed. I cannot recommend Bluebird Care Rochdale highly enough.

In my opinion Bluebird Care Rochdale is a Grade 1 Care provider and has provided care for my elderly Mother for the best part of two years. The carers and the backup crew know exactly what they are doing and they know how to provide the best possible care with the patient in mind. They tick all the boxes too legally, with regular reviews and advice, following all of the guidelines in place. I would highly recommend this Company and this team to anyone in need of help with care. ( I am hoping that they stay around too for when it's my turn!!! Bluebird will be the 1st place I will call! )

Bluebird Care Rochdale have looked after my grandma with dementia for years and we can't thank them enough. Their fantastic care has helped her stay in her own home, which means everything to her and to us.

She was very against having carers at first, but the team have been so patient, kind and consistent. Over time they've built genuine relationships with her and it's been amazing to see the change.

The daily updates on the portal are very reassuring, especially when we can't always be there in person. Knowing what's been done and how she's been each day helps to put our minds at ease.

The team's dementia care advice and support has been invaluable too, helping us to solve problems along the way. Without their support, my grandma would almost certainly have had to move into a care home by now. Thank you to everyone at Bluebird Care Rochdale.

We brought the team in for mum and dad for a trial run in January, as mum's health condition meant some extra support was needed at home to give dad some time and space.
Whilst we were trialling the service, we experienced outstanding support, care and communication from the Bluebird Rochdale team, who had a good understanding of our situation and what was needed.

In the end we decided to pause for the time being, as mum felt it was still not necessary, and possibly a little too early. However we now know where to come for amazing care at home, when the inevitable changes will come and mum and dad will again be in need of more help.

My partner was very reluctant to have a Carer come into our Home but as soon as the Service started he was delighted with his allocated Carer. He looks forward to her coming each week and is more than happy to tell family and friends how she treats him with dignity and respect. He also really appreciates the extra tasks that she will volunteer to do if she sees something that needs doing. This helps take some of the load off me and I really value how she goes about her role.

Bluebird care took over my mums caring needs when her dementia accelerated to the point I couldn't continue to care for her on my own. I was so worried about taking this service on for her but my worries were unfounded after I'd spoke to Beryl and John. They made sure the minimum staff would care for mum thus reducing her anxiety of strange faces. The staff they have are caring understanding and nothing is too much trouble and always going that extra yard to ensure mums care and safety was priority. They would take mum on shopping trips when the weather permitted. But the fact I didn't worry once when they were there made my life less stressful while I was working. Unfortunately mums health deteriorated so much the only option was for her to go into 24 hr care. But it has to said without them and their team of excellent staff my mum would not of had the length of time at home that we all wanted.

Bluebird came in to support my family with the care of my Nan after she suffered a major stroke. They have been absolute lifesaver, we were so worried about going to a care provider but John, Beryl and the team have been absolutely amazing. Bluebird Care Rochdale have been absolutely fantastic! They support my nana, who has dementia, and the care they provide is truly personal and thoughtful. I mainly use them to take her out, and she always has the best time - whether it's a drive out or enjoying a coffee somewhere nice. On days when she doesn't feel up for going out, they spend time with her looking through old photos and helping her reminisce, which she really enjoys.

Communication is brilliant too - I can easily see all their notes from each visit on the system, which gives me real peace of mind. They've also stepped in to help when her other carers weren't available, without any fuss, and I'm so grateful for that flexibility.

I would definitely recommend Bluebird Care Rochdale to anyone looking for kind, reliable, and genuinely caring support for their loved ones.

Bluebird have been excellent in their care provision for mum.
Always adapted/adjusted care to suit mums needs and work around our part of mums care, even at very short notice.
Great that you can comfortably go to their office, sit and have a brew with very friendly, helpful, compassionate staff.

The standards demanded of the care workers are evidently high. Mum is happy and so are we. Highly recommended.

Anyone experiencing the search for a care package for a poorly relative will know how daunting and important that decision feels. It felt scary to be faced with lots of new terminology, endless numbers of phone calls and so much to be coordinated. We felt a little lost but knew that we wanted to provide mum with the best possible care.
From our very first interaction with the Bluebird team, it was clear that they were different to so many care providers. Unlike others, Bluebird asked questions, they listened, they understood. It always felt like they were looking to make mum as comfortable as possible. Sometimes that was moving, handling or typical caring responsibilities. Other times it meant simply having a laugh or a joke, holding her hand and sharing their stories or holiday plans.

We are so thankful to the Bluebird team for their care of mum, and it was such a wonderfully human experience. We recommend Bluebird, without hesitation, to anyone looking for care in Rochdale.
