Our Care Assistants play a crucial role in helping individuals with personal care and daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to follow care plans while maintaining a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Valid UK driving license and access to a car
• Previous care experience beneficial but not essential – full training provided
• Right to wok in the UK (Non Sponsored role)
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to follow and update tailored care plans
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and team communication
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others

What We Offer

• Full-time hours 37.5 hrs per week minimum
• Supportive, friendly team culture
• Fixed shift patterns – specific days can be agreed after interview
• £12.80 per hour starting rate
• Paid mileage & travel time

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs as outlined in care plans
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations and activities
• Maintain accurate records and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
