Field Care Supervisor

Duties

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Care Supervisor, based in Basingstoke or the surrounding areas (up to 30mins from Basingstoke) to oversee and coordinate care services for our domiciliary care business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for senior care. This role involves supervising care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality personalised care, and maintaining compliance with care plans and regulatory standards. The position offers an opportunity to lead a compassionate team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

• Supervise and support care staff to ensure the delivery of consistent, person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of clients' needs, updating care plans as required
• Organise and oversee daily care routines, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and compassionately
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive working environment
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate ongoing training and development programmes
• Maintain accurate documentation related to clients, staff rotas, and compliance records
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate effective care delivery
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the care environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
