About the Role

Our customers deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity and quality of life.

You'll work independently and as part of a supportive team, making a genuine difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer's individual needs.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation.
  • Assist customers with medication and prescriptions.
  • Carry out light household duties, including cleaning, laundry, and tidying.
  • Build positive relationships and become a dependable, friendly, familiar face for customers.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times.
