As a Live-in Care Professional, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to support individuals to remain living safely and comfortably in their own homes; living in the client’s home for an agreed rotation, providing round-the-clock support while ensuring appropriate rest breaks. You will play a vital role in promoting dignity, independence, and emotional

wellbeing, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families, tailoring your care approach to meet each client’s individual needs, preferences, and routines.

You may support individuals living with conditions such as dementia, mobility difficulties, or long-term health conditions, as well as offering reassurance and emotional support to family members.

Our Training:

New to care? Don’t worry! We are searching for individuals with values that match our own. We will train the rest. Many of our amazing Care Professionals start with us having not cared professionally before, but with our comprehensive training, mentoring, and shadowing programme, they are now confident and competent Care Companions, making a real difference in their community.

‘The recruitment process and training were very informative and easy to navigate and gave me the confidence to work in a field I had never worked in before’ - Kath (Care Professional)
