Domiciliary Care Worker

We support people whom wish to live in their own homes in and around Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield

Requirements:

• Use of own car. and must have business use insurance
• Flexible start and end times from 7am till 10am and 5pm till 9pm
• Work every other weekend.
• Live within or around the area already.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (unfortunately we do NOT offer sponsorship).

Visiting Angels is a premium home care company. We provide care and support in our clients’ homes. We offer a minimum of 1-hour care calls for our clients, and we are always looking for our next Angel.

Angel benefits:

• £13.50 per hour on weekdays + paid drive time + 40p mileage rate.
• £14.50 per hour on weekends + paid drive time + 40p mileage rate.

Duties will include:

• Helping clients to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening, including a shower or bath.
• Assist them with dressing/undressing.
• Preparing meals and snacks.
• Helping with laundry or housework.
• Supporting our client to access the community e.g. garden centres.
• Prompting & administering medication.
