Job Summary
Home Carer / Support Worker (Female) – Mainly Wishaw, Bothwell, Airdrie, Coatbridge and Motherwell
Penuel Care Services is looking for a compassionate and reliable female Home Carer / Support Worker to join our friendly team in Lanarkshire.
Guaranteed Hours: 15 hours per week
Location: Mainly Wishaw, Bothwell and Motherwell.
Contract: Part-time
Shift Pattern
Split shifts working 5 out of 7 days a week.
About the Role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to an individual in their own home, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Duties include:

Providing personal care with dignity and respect

Preparing simple meals and drinks

Assisting with medication in line with care plans and company policies

Providing companionship and emotional support
-
Assisting with light household tasks

Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing

Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records
What We're Looking For

A caring, compassionate and dependable nature

Good communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided

A full UK driving licence and access to a car with business-use insurance is highly desirable

PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to join)

SSSC registration (or willingness to register if required within 6 months of starting with the company)
