Registered Manager – Supported Living & Complex Care

DCI Care is looking for an experienced and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our growing Supported Living and Complex Care services across Devon.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation during a period of strategic growth. Working from our Torquay office, you will lead a dedicated team of more than 60 care professionals while helping shape the future of services that genuinely change people's lives.

About DCI Care

DCI Care is an independent provider of Adult and Children's Care Services across Devon and the South West. We specialise in Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and Complex Care.

Everything we do is centred around delivering compassionate, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes.

The Role

As Registered Manager you will:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team

• Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

• Maintain outstanding quality and compliance standards

• Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals

• Support recruitment, staff development and succession planning

• Drive continuous improvement across the service

• Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive culture

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has the leadership skills to develop people and services.

Ideally you will have:

• Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence
