What You'll Do

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Your duties may include:

• Personal care
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Domestic duties
• Companionship
• Assisting with mobility
• Supporting clients with daily living activities
• Recording accurate care notes

What We're Looking For

• Be caring, compassionate and reliable
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be committed to delivering high-quality care
• Be flexible to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Have the right to work in the UK
