Timing of visits can vary to an hour to an hour and a half to the appointed time, also no notification is given to this, i.e. change to the appointed time.

Care received is good, although some carers do not ask if their care is adequate and just carry on. Timing of visits are inconsistant, some come at 8am others at 10am causing anxiety. Some visits were very brief, where as other took their time and treated me like an intelligent adult still. Overall
they all do a good job.

Very good company. I am happy with all the carers that attend to me. They are all very hardworking. I am happy with the service. The company provides good training for their care staff which is a good thing. Management staff are all helpful.
