Time slots are not consistent, and morning carers often turn up at 10-10:30, so I've had to attempt to do their task, or else I would still be waiting for breakfast at 10:00 AM. Most carers are courteous and friendly, eager to assist with any tasks required.

Timing of visits can vary to an hour to an hour and a half to the appointed time, also no notification is given to this, i.e. change to the appointed time.

Very good company. I am happy with all the carers that attend to me. They are all very hardworking. I am happy with the service. The company provides good training for their care staff which is a good thing. Management staff are all helpful.
