Born and raised in Leicester, I’m incredibly proud to serve the community that has shaped who I am.

After a successful corporate career, I chose to follow a more meaningful path - one focused on making a genuine difference to people’s lives. Supporting families, helping people remain independent and giving back to my community are privileges.

Seeing loved ones receive care reinforced my belief that inviting someone into your home is one of life’s greatest acts of trust. Every person deserves to be treated with the same dignity, compassion and respect we’d want for our own family.

That’s why I trained as a carer myself. As a hands-on Managing Director, I believe in leading by example and staying involved from the very first conversation through to ongoing support.

Everything we do is guided by our ‘Mum Test: Would this be good enough for our own mum or someone we love? If the answer isn’t an immediate yes, we don’t settle until it is.

My promise is simple: to provide the kind of care I’d want for my own family, helping people live safely, independently and with dignity in the place they love most - home.

As a Registered Care Manager, I lead services that support older and vulnerable people to live safely, independently, and with dignity. I'm passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support, ensuring they receive compassionate, person-centred care that meets their individual needs.

Alongside overseeing the day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting teams to manage a wide range of complex needs, I also work closely with individuals, families, professionals, and partner agencies who are looking for support. I understand that reaching out for care can feel overwhelming, so I take pride in listening, answering enquiries, guiding people through their options, and helping them understand the next steps with reassurance, honesty, and empathy.

I believe great care starts with great leadership. I take a hands-on approach, supporting my team through challenges, encouraging continuous learning, and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to deliver the highest standards of care.

With over 15 years of experience across housing, including tenancy management, allocations, community engagement, and strategic operations, I bring a broad perspective to supporting people whose needs often span both housing and care.

Alongside my professional role, I'm a Board Member at Leicestershire Rural Housing Association and a mentor with the Housing Diversity Network, where I enjoy supporting the development of future leaders and championing diversity and inclusion within the sector.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine passion for helping people. Whether it's supporting someone to access the right care, developing confident and compassionate teams, or improving services, I'm committed to making a lasting, positive difference for the people and communities I serve.

If there’s one thing people say about me, it’s that I never meet a stranger - just someone I haven’t had the chance to chat with yet! I love meeting new people, hearing their stories and making them feel at ease from the very first conversation. I believe the best relationships start with a simple conversation, and I want every family to feel welcomed, heard and valued from day one.

I’ve worked in wills and probate for many years, supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most important and emotional moments. That experience has taught me the value of listening, showing compassion and building trust - qualities I bring into everything I do, from supporting families at GoodOaks to meeting people across the local community.

I’m passionate about bringing people together and strengthening connections across our community. Whether I’m meeting families, working alongside healthcare professionals, supporting local initiatives or building partnerships with other organisations, I believe lasting relationships are built on kindness, trust and genuine human connection.

For me, GoodOaks is about far more than providing home care. I want us to become a trusted part of the local community where families know they’ll always be welcomed, listened to and supported. If I can make someone feel a little more reassured, a little more comfortable, or simply brighten their day, then I know I’ve made a difference.

With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, Muna is a compassionate and dedicated care professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives. Her warm, friendly nature and infectious energy help people feel comfortable and supported from the very first conversation.

Having worked across domiciliary and residential care, including as a Senior Carer, Muna has extensive experience delivering high-quality person-centred care, supporting colleagues, and ensuring individuals receive the dignity, respect and independence they deserve.

Known for her caring personality and positive attitude, Muna builds strong relationships with the people she supports, their families and colleagues alike. She is someone you would happily trust with your own loved ones; kind, approachable and definitely "mum test" approved.

Nirali is a compassionate Visiting Care Professional who is passionate about helping people remain independent, comfortable and safe in their own homes. With over seven years' experience in health and social care, she is dedicated to delivering person-centred care that supports each individual's unique needs while promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing.

As a qualified physiotherapist, Nirali brings valuable knowledge of mobility, rehabilitation and physical wellbeing, enabling her to provide thoughtful, holistic support to the people she cares for. Her calm, friendly nature and excellent communication skills help her build trusting relationships with clients and their families, ensuring they feel reassured and supported every step of the way.
