Job Summary

Experienced Domiciliary Care Manager – Early Start Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Domiciliary Care Manager who is available to join us at the earliest opportunity

Essential Requirements

  • Previous Registered Manager or senior domiciliary care experience
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Ability to lead, recruit, and develop care teams
  • Experience managing care plans, including dementia and complex care
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to strategic service development and organisational growth.
  • Experience supporting service expansion, business development, or the establishment of new services would be highly advantageous.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow our service. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of care and compliance, manage and support staff, build relationships within the local community, and help drive service growth.

As Golden Touch Home Care Services continues to expand, there will be opportunities to support the development of additional branches and services. Previous experience in business growth or service expansion would be welcomed but is not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care
  • Lead recruitment, staffing, and team development
  • Maintain compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
  • Build relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Support referrals, community engagement, and business growth
