You don't need previous care experience

For us, having the right values and attitude is just as important as experience.

If you're compassionate, dependable and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'll provide the training and ongoing support you need to become a confident Care Assistant.

What you'll be doing

You'll visit people in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent.

Depending on the person you're supporting, this could include personal care, medication support, preparing meals, companionship, helping with everyday tasks or simply taking the time to sit, chat and brighten someone's day.

?? Travel time paid at £12.71 per hour – you're paid for your travel time between calls while you're out working
? Mileage paid in addition

Who we're looking for

We're looking for people who are compassionate, friendly, trustworthy and reliable, with a genuine desire to provide excellent care.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for these roles.

Female Care Assistants Required

Due to the wishes and care needs of the people we support, these particular roles require female Care Assistants. An occupational requirement may apply under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
