Very happy with the care I receive, very friendly and professional.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're delighted to hear you're happy with the care you receive and that our team has been both friendly and professional.
I live alone. My mobility is bad I need 2 carers each visit. I have 4 calls a day, one Saturday morning. I had a medical episode and was unresponsive when carers came at 7am. I stopped breathing, an ambulance was called, the carers carried out CPR until paramedics arrived. I was unaware of all this until I woke up in the ambulance. I was in hospital for 17 days with a UTI & chest infection & if it wasn't for the quick actions of the 2 fantastic carers I wouldn't be writing this review. I am thankful every day.
Thank you for sharing such a powerful experience. We're truly grateful our carers were able to act so quickly and provide the care you needed in that moment. Their professionalism and dedication are something we're very proud of. We're so pleased to hear you're recovering, and thank you for placing your trust in us - your words mean a great deal.
I've been with Churchfields for just coming up 3 years. I've never had any worries a fantastic company.
Thankyou for you lovely feedback. We are so pleased that your Package of Care meets your needs and expectations.
Car support for mum has been a life line and helps us a family to know that she has her needs met. She is not always accepting of help and this trait has been challenging for the carers, but at all times they have been courteous and respectful. Ensuring she has a meal every day remains our main concern.
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're so pleased to hear that the support has been a lifeline for your family. Our team always aims to provide care with patience, courtesy, and respect, especially in more challenging situations, and it's reassuring to know this has been your experience. Ensuring your mum's wellbeing, including her meals, remains a top priority for us.
My care with Churchfields has been excellent. The only down side is, you are never told what times your care will be. I'm not saying you need to know who's coming but to know what times your care will be, I can't use computers very well, would make it perfect.
Thank you for your kind feedback about the care you've received - we're really pleased to hear it's been excellent. We also appreciate your comments about visit times; this is valuable feedback, and we'll continue working on improving communication to make things clearer and more convenient for you.
It gives me peace of mind to know that the main rooms have been cleaned once a week, leaving me to potter around as and when I can, and a nice 5 min chat with the lovely ladies.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're really pleased to hear the weekly visits give you peace of mind, and that you enjoy the chats with our team just as much as the support.
I am very pleased with the care I receive from all the Churchfields staff. The carers help me after I shower by drying legs and feet, as I sometimes have sores or blisters on my legs and always ask if I have any pain before they put on the prescribed cream. I have my breakfast made for me & either cereal or toast and a cup of tea. They also make my wife a cup of tea which she looks forward to. We have a chat and a laugh. It's nice to have people coming to our home who are so friendly and caring. We both look forward to them coming and we think of them as friends.
Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. We're truly delighted to hear that you and your wife are happy with the care and support provided by our team. It means a great deal to us that our carers are making a positive difference to your daily routine while also bringing warmth,...
I've been with Churchfields for nearly 11 years. The staff are well-trained, friendly and it's good getting the staff you get on with and getting them nearly every day. This makes such a difference to my well-being. I look forward to the continuation of my preferred rotas - which are working out really well - for 2026.

The staff are all helpful and caring. They help with regarding, washing clothes and ironing. They also prepare lunch. I wouldn't be without them.

Very satisfied. Staff always helpful & friendly. Management always very happy to be flexible to make sure Mum is ready in good time for medical appointments. She likes the caers and they take good care of her.

The carer team are generally very good and seem to like my mother.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, its very much appreciated
All carers are very kind and some go the 'extra mile' for example putting my pyjamas on the radiator to warm before I wear them.
Thankyou for taking the time to complete this review. Sometimes it really is the little things that mean the most.
Very happy with service. I like when they talk to you while they are working and doing things for you.
It is lovely to see that you have such a positive rapport with your carers.
I have been cared for by Churchfields for several months, the care is fantastic - the carers always do so much for me. The carers will sit and chat with me. They will make me a cup of tea before they leave. My food is always lovely Churchfields provide a fantastic service.
It is so nice to read your lovely comments. We are very proud of our care staff and the wonderful job they do. We are pleased our service works so well for you.
Churchfields have been caring for my mum for the last 8 months. I have no complaints. They have been wonderful with my mum and supportive when I have had any worries. I would recommend them to anyone looking for support for their family.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review, its very much appreciated
They have an app which you can download onto your phone so you know exactly who is coming when they arrive and when they leave, this has certainly helped me over the past year knowing when a carer has been due or has already visited. They have been great for us and I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a care provider.
Many thanks for the lovely review. It has been an absolute pleasure to have provided support and care to your mum and dad over recent years. I hope Mum is settling well in her new home- she is very much missed by the care staff. Kind regards
The team always do their absolute best to help me when I need extra support with Mum and I could not ask for kinder, more caring people to assist with Mum's care.
Dementia is a challenging illness to deal with, but Mum is treated with kindness, compassion and dignity and I am extremely grateful to everyone at Churchfields Homecare for their help. It's fair to say they've always got a listening ear for me when I need it as well, which is hugely appreciated.
Thank you very much for a positive review. Our care team work exceptionally hard to achieve positive outcomes. I know they are all very fond of Mum. Always here to help where we can.
I have found that each carer I have is helpful and efficient. Each carer is a le to wash me and wash my hair. They also vacuum downstairs. They also wash my legs and feet and cream my feet and legs as I have lymphodema. I hope that during this epidemic of norovirus, each carer will wear a mask to avoid spreading this disease to the elderly.
It is lovely to hear how helpful and efficient you find the carers who visit you regularly. All of the care team work in accordance with PPE requirements and following infection control guidance. Kind Regards
Most of the carers were kind and generous with their time and chatted with Mum which meant a lot to her. She referred to the carers affectionately as “her girls”. The app that allows reports on visits and any potential issues was excellent. Communication from management was very good. Any concerns were immediately passed to us. Cleaning service was disappointing.
Thank you for the review its very much appreciated.

Meet the Team (5)
I began my career in care at the age of 19, working with both adults and children. From the very start, I found immense fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to an opportunity within the office as an administrator, where I gained invaluable knowledge about the care sector. I then progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, further strengthening my expertise.
My ultimate goal was always to establish my own Care Agency, knowing that providing quality care was my true calling. In 2012, that dream became a reality, and to this day, I remain dedicated to delivering exceptional care services. I am incredibly proud of how the company has grown and the fantastic team of staff who share the same commitment to excellence. We continue to develop and take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of care.
I joined Churchfields Home Care in 2024 as Financial Director, bringing over a decade of experience from the engineering sector. With a strong technical background, I have achieved a NEBOSH General accreditation, an HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Construction, Plant, and Machinery Maintenance and a Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Inspection.
Transitioning from engineering and construction to the care sector is an exciting challenge, and I look forward to growing within the family business. My role allows me to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills while developing new expertise in the care industry. I am committed to ensuring Churchfields operates within legislation and best practices, supporting the company’s continued success and dedication to high-quality care.

I joined Churchfields Home Care in May 2019 as an Admin Assistant and, through my dedication and passion for the care sector, progressed to the role of HR Manager in 2024. In this position, I am responsible for overseeing recruitment, human resources, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Before joining Churchfields Home Care, I spent over 29 years in human resources and recruitment practices, with previous experience as a Regional Assistant Financial Accountant in the construction industry, where I managed a team of accountants.
I earned a Higher National Diploma in IT and Electrical Applications from the University of Glamorgan in 1996, and I initially started my career in media and production with a London-based organization.
I am extremely proud to be part of an organization that is committed to delivering excellent care while also fostering an environment where our staff can develop and thrive in their careers.
