Churchfields have given my mother excellent care supporting her really well both in her home and by taking her out and about. I can not compliment the individual carers enough, whilst the management and office-based staff are an absolute credit to the business.
Thank you for the review, very much appreciated. I hope all is well.
The carers have been kind and have gone out of their way to help Mum. She has benefited from sensitive conversation and personal care.
This is a highly dedicated service.
Thank you for such a lovely review, it's very much appreciated. It's nice to hear it has made a difference.
Recently, both my brother and I were out of the country taking a well-earned break: this would not have been possible without the confidence that Churchfields were looking after things at home.
Thank you for the review, I am delighted you are happy with the service we provide.
We have had several carers visit recently. They have all been very friendly and caring and have done their best for my husband. They have all arrived on time (or even a few minutes early) and have done a very good job. My husband is very happy with the caring situation and I am very grateful for all their help.
Thank you for the review, I am happy you were able to enjoy your break.
Churchfields was able to supply extra staff at short notice when my mother came down with Shingles recently and needed more frequent care. Overall a very good service. The family are very satisfied with the service.
Thank you so much for the review, very much appreciated.
My mother has Alzheimer's and is cared for by this company. The staff and management provide an excellent service. The carers are polite, efficient and are considerate of her opinions and preferences whilst respecting her privacy at all times.
Thank you very kindly for the review, really do appreciate it.
My mother-in-law has been using Churchfields Home Care for over 12 months and we have been very happy with the care and staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the ladies who visit and they always ask if there is anything else that might be required for them to do before leaving.
Thank you for the review, its very much appreciated.
I have been using Churchfields Home Care Ltd for about two months and I am very satisfied with the care I have received. All members of the team are very helpful and are always polite overall. I am very satisfied with the service provided.
Thank you for the review it is very much appreciated
Churchfields looked after my dad for several years and were absolutely amazing. Now my mum needs care we automatically called Churchfields as they were so good with my dad we wouldn’t consider any other care company. The staff in the office when you ring are so friendly and helpful and once they had been out on a home visit to assess Mum's needs we had carers in place within two days. All the carers that come out are so lovely and we are so pleased with everything. I cannot praise Churchfields highly enough, they are fantastic.
Thank you so much for lovely feedback, we really do appreciate it.
My dad is so pleased with his care provider. The care workers are always respectful and kind. Without the support he receives Dad would not be able to live alone in his own home. So we are very grateful and fortunate to have a provider that genuinely care for his well-being.
Thank you for the feedback, it's very much appreciated.
I am very satisfied to be a client of Churchfields.
Thank you for the feedback, I am happy to hear you are very satisfied with the service we provide.
The company have been amazing with support during Mum's recent hospital stay, picking up the package with little delay. Having the care package is vital to Mum being able to stay at home.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. These are the stories that keep us so motivated to continue doing what we’re doing. Thank you so much.
All carers that come to see me are very helpful and very courteous.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
Experience with sloppy work. Dishes not dried fully. The cutlery was not dried properly. Always seem in a rush. Not listening properly and taking direction. Moaning and complaining about the weather and their own personal problems. When it's about 2, or 3 people every day, and you're not feeling well yourself it gets very hard to deal with. Some do not use their own initiative. I have to try and remember everything that needs doing, otherwise, it would not get done. When you are constantly in pain it is hard to remember what needs doing. Some don't just offer to help, I have to ask, which some seem not to like. For most, it's just a job and not a vocation.
I am so sorry you feel this way and you have had a negative experience. We don't have any formal complaints made by you regarding the review comments, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me.
I have been using Churchfields since March 2023 after a period of hospitalisation. I have met many members of the support team and all treat the individual with care, respect and an awareness of the client's needs. They respond to tasks in a sensibly practical way and, over a period of time, the carer/client relationship becomes one of mutual respect, where human concern is the dominant feature. I have valued their friendliness, professionalism, care and support.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, we are very proud of all our staff here at Churchfields.
It's been a pleasure to welcome the care workers to my home. They've all been very helpful, some helping with the washing machine or doing the ironing. Sometimes, they take me shopping. I'd recommend them to anyone. Yours sincerely. (Age ninety years old).
Thanks for such lovely feedback. We are very proud of our staff and are pleased to hear that we have made a positive impact on your life.
My mum has been having twice weekly shower assistance since April 18th and this has been going well, if she has a more mature lady call. She isn’t happy if 'a young girl' comes. On Tuesday 22nd August and Tuesday 29th August, she had a social visit after her personal care visit and this was a total success. She loves to be taken out in the car and perhaps visit the shops. On Saturday 2nd September she got confused and was expecting to be taken out again, so was dressed ready and didn’t require a shower. There are a couple of ladies that she has particularly bonded to. She says one carer does exactly what she’s asked to do. I am very pleased with the care package at the moment and the only thing I would ask, if at all possible, is if a social visit could be twice weekly instead of once, as Mum gets very excited at the idea of being taken out.
Thanks for such lovely feedback. We are very proud of our staff and are pleased to hear that we have made a positive impact on your family lives. I hope our telephone call was very helpful
This is an excellent service. All the staff are very friendly, they always turn up on time, they are very polite when entering the house and also when leaving, they always ask if they can do other things to help assist.
Many thanks for the review, it's very much appreciated. Reviews are very important to us.
Care staff go above and beyond for my mum, bringing small shopping with them. They show real empathy to my mum's situation and will always let me know if they have any concerns for her well-being.
Many thanks for the review, it's very much appreciated.
Couldn't manage with you.
Many thanks.
Thank you for the review, it is very much appreciated.

I began my career in care at the age of 19, working with both adults and children. From the very start, I found immense fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to an opportunity within the office as an administrator, where I gained invaluable knowledge about the care sector. I then progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, further strengthening my expertise.
My ultimate goal was always to establish my own Care Agency, knowing that providing quality care was my true calling. In 2012, that dream became a reality, and to this day, I remain dedicated to delivering exceptional care services. I am incredibly proud of how the company has grown and the fantastic team of staff who share the same commitment to excellence. We continue to develop and take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of care.

Transitioning from engineering and construction to the care sector is an exciting challenge, and I look forward to growing within the family business. My role allows me to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills while developing new expertise in the care industry. I am committed to ensuring Churchfields operates within legislation and best practices, supporting the company’s continued success and dedication to high-quality care.
