I am most satisfied with the service provided. Thank you all very much.
Thank you so much for the review, it's very much appreciated.
Lovely people, deserve their title of carers.
Excellent. Well done to all of you.
Thank you.
The Churchfields Home Care staff have been excellent. They are very helpful and cheerful. They have always been willing to provide whatever care is needed, from cleaning to helping to fit hearing aids. Their help has been much appreciated, especially as both of us have been quite unwell over the last couple of months.
My dad has been with Churchfields Home Care for over a year. They are very approachable, understanding and knowledgeable with all his needs being the upmost importance to the family. All the carers are amazing and always make my dad smile.
My mum and myself are very happy with her care, the girls are so lovely to my mum. We believe she is treated with great dignity and care. We as a family are very grateful for her continued care. Mum has grown very fond of her carers and trusts them all, without doubt they always have her best interest at heart. Thank you.
I can't praise Churchfieild's carers enough. They are more like friends than workers. Nothing is too much trouble.
Since receiving the service I have been very satisfied. All the carers have been polite and caring.
Staff on the whole very patient and caring in sometimes challenging times would like to see more encouragement at certain calls. Management very helpful in changing circumstances. Overall very pleased.
Churchfields Home Care looked after my husband from his discharge from hospital in March 2016 until his death in December 2020. The care and support given by Churchfields enabled him to stay at home despite increasing and challenging medical problems, and I shall also always be grateful for the emotional support the carers gave to me.
Thank you for the review, we wish you well and to remain safe during these challenging times.
I would like to thank all the carers that are looking after my mum. You are all amazing people and I really don't know what I would have done without you all over the last few months. It has been difficult especially with lockdown and not one call has been missed. You all put yourselves at risk each day in respect of the COVID-19 outbreak, but every day you come in happy and smiling and brighten my mum's day (and mine). The management work really hard and are on call 24/7, they are always really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I am so lucky to have the support and the reassurance that my mum is being well cared for. If anyone is looking for support for a loved one, believe me I know this is a difficult decision and a huge responsibility to find the right agency. I hope you will believe me when I say you will find no other agency that will be more caring and that your loved one will be in good hands and properly cared for.
Thank you for the fantastic review - take care and keep safe
Very happy with the service Churchfields do. I am confident with all the staff that call on me. All staff are very friendly and helpful to me and help with what is needed without any fuss and are very professional. I can live at home with these lovely people calling and can give peace of mind to my family.
Thank you for the review, I am pleased that you are happy with the service we provide.
Every one of the carers visiting me have been very friendly, patient and caring with me - nothing is too much trouble for any of them, however limited time they have and I am always greeted with a cheery smile and hello from them all. This also applies to the people in the office, if we have to phone for any reason they are very friendly and polite.
On the whole, I am very pleased with the competence of the carers. They are well trained and caring. I am much fitter than when they started in August 2019, and I appreciate their help. They always do what I ask. As I am partially sighted it is essential that they check that they have switched off all the cooking appliances and also to know what goes into the recycling bin.
Perhaps the only thing we find is that the carers don't always come at the right time.
We realise they may be held up at another client or stuck in traffic.
The service and support received for my husband has been excellent. The daily carers are fantastic and the support from the management in supporting the need for adaptations in the home has been amazing. Churchfields has changed our lives. Thank you.
Also, when a carer has been asked to be removed from my schedule they appeared again and again. At a time when not aware of a change or time to complain.
Thanks.
Thank you for taking the time to fill in a review card. You're feedback and recommendations are noted and taken on board but can we remind you that the care staff can only encourage Mum with regards to food. We have spoken to the girls and suggested that if Mum is saying she doesn't wish to eat at the call they will prepare something that can be left for later.
My husband is very happy with the carers who come to shower him.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete the review card.
Excellent homecare by all staff attending.
This is our first experience of using home care so we were both a bit concerned at the start. The review assessment prior to care was handled with respect and compassion. Caring has since gone very well. My husband enjoys the company of his carers and I am able to leave him with confidence that his needs will be well met. Our home is treated with the utmost respect and carers are always keen to do housework tasks for me.
Thank you for the feedback, it is very much appreciated.

I began my career in care at the age of 19, working with both adults and children. From the very start, I found immense fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to an opportunity within the office as an administrator, where I gained invaluable knowledge about the care sector. I then progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, further strengthening my expertise.
My ultimate goal was always to establish my own Care Agency, knowing that providing quality care was my true calling. In 2012, that dream became a reality, and to this day, I remain dedicated to delivering exceptional care services. I am incredibly proud of how the company has grown and the fantastic team of staff who share the same commitment to excellence. We continue to develop and take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of care.
I joined Churchfields Home Care in 2024 as Financial Director, bringing over a decade of experience from the engineering sector. With a strong technical background, I have achieved a NEBOSH General accreditation, an HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Construction, Plant, and Machinery Maintenance and a Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Inspection.
Transitioning from engineering and construction to the care sector is an exciting challenge, and I look forward to growing within the family business. My role allows me to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills while developing new expertise in the care industry. I am committed to ensuring Churchfields operates within legislation and best practices, supporting the company’s continued success and dedication to high-quality care.

I joined Churchfields Home Care in May 2019 as an Admin Assistant and, through my dedication and passion for the care sector, progressed to the role of HR Manager in 2024. In this position, I am responsible for overseeing recruitment, human resources, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Before joining Churchfields Home Care, I spent over 29 years in human resources and recruitment practices, with previous experience as a Regional Assistant Financial Accountant in the construction industry, where I managed a team of accountants.
I earned a Higher National Diploma in IT and Electrical Applications from the University of Glamorgan in 1996, and I initially started my career in media and production with a London-based organization.
I am extremely proud to be part of an organization that is committed to delivering excellent care while also fostering an environment where our staff can develop and thrive in their careers.
