I've been with Churchfields for nearly 11 years. The staff are well-trained, friendly and it's good getting the staff you get on with and getting them nearly every day. This makes such a difference to my well-being. I look forward to the continuation of my preferred rotas - which are working out
really well - for 2026.

The staff are all helpful and caring. They help with regarding, washing clothes and ironing. They also prepare lunch. I wouldn't be without them.

The carers I have treat me with respect, they are friendly and very helpful. I am always asked if I have every thing I need before they leave. They make my wife a cup of tea when I am in the shower, and always check to make sure I am alright. I have cream put on my legs and feet and they always put
my socks on for me. While I'm eating my breakfast they have made me my wife and I have a chat with them. We are very happy with service I receive from Churchfields Home Care.

Very satisfied. Staff always helpful & friendly. Management always very happy to be flexible to make sure Mum is ready in good time for medical appointments. She likes the caers and they take good care of her.

The carers are compassionate, professional and always go the extra mile to ensure comfort and safety for mum. Communication with the team is seamless and their reliability gives us peace of mind. Thank you.

The carer team are generally very good and seem to like my mother.

All carers are very kind and some go the 'extra mile' for example putting my pyjamas on the radiator to warm before I wear them.

I have been cared for by Churchfields for several months, the care is fantastic - the carers always do so much for me. The carers will sit and chat with me. They will make me a cup of tea before they leave. My food is always lovely Churchfields provide a fantastic service.

The care I have from Churchfields is absolutely fabulous the staff is great no problems it makes my day when the carers come I have them 3 times a day they and I always make me laugh.

Churchfields have been caring for my mum for the last 8 months. I have no complaints. They have been wonderful with my mum and supportive when I have had any worries. I would recommend them to anyone looking for support for their family.

We have been using Churchfields home care services for my mother for over a year and they have been consistently good throughout. They will go above and beyond your requirements, for example, whilst my mother was the person receiving care but my father became ill they would check on him and make him
a cup of tea or if they noticed any issues would contact me immediately even though the contract was for my mother. On another occasion my father fell out of bed, the girls were there straight away and rang for assistance and stayed until it arrived even though it made them late for their next call. They will always help whenever and wherever they can.
They have an app which you can download onto your phone so you know exactly who is coming when they arrive and when they leave, this has certainly helped me over the past year knowing when a carer has been due or has already visited. They have been great for us and I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a care provider.

The manager and her team have gone above and beyond for Mum. Mum's carers do so much for her and I feel happier knowing she is safe at home with their help.
The team always do their absolute best to help me when I need extra support with Mum and I could not ask for kinder, more caring people to
assist with Mum's care.
Dementia is a challenging illness to deal with, but Mum is treated with kindness, compassion and dignity and I am extremely grateful to everyone at Churchfields Homecare for their help. It's fair to say they've always got a listening ear for me when I need it as well, which is hugely appreciated.

I have found that each carer I have is helpful and efficient. Each carer is a le to wash me and wash my hair. They also vacuum downstairs. They also wash my legs and feet and cream my feet and legs as I have lymphodema. I hope that during this epidemic of norovirus, each carer will wear a mask to
avoid spreading this disease to the elderly.

Most of the carers were kind and generous with their time and chatted with Mum which meant a lot to her. She referred to the carers affectionately as “her girls”. The app that allows reports on visits and any potential issues was excellent. Communication from management was very good. Any concerns
were immediately passed to us. Cleaning service was disappointing.

Churchfields have given my mother excellent care supporting her really well both in her home and by taking her out and about. I can not compliment the individual carers enough, whilst the management and office-based staff are an absolute credit to the business.

Churchfields Home Care has provided exceptional support and care for my mother. This has allowed her to live independently at home and has meant that Mum is safe, supported and regularly checked upon as I live 5 hours away from her.
The carers have been kind and have gone out of their way to help
Mum. She has benefited from sensitive conversation and personal care.
This is a highly dedicated service.

Since Churchfields Home Care has been providing care and support to both my parents, their quality of life has improved - and the levels of stress experienced by my brother and me have decreased considerably. My parents' care needs have been changing as their health and mobility decline and
Churchfield has been able to respond quickly and appropriately to our requests for additional help.
Recently, both my brother and I were out of the country taking a well-earned break: this would not have been possible without the confidence that Churchfields were looking after things at home.

We have had several carers visit recently. They have all been very friendly and caring and have done their best for my husband. They have all arrived on time (or even a few minutes early) and have done a very good job. My husband is very happy with the caring situation and I am very grateful for all
their help.

Churchfields was able to supply extra staff at short notice when my mother came down with Shingles recently and needed more frequent care. Overall a very good service. The family are very satisfied with the service.
