Most of the carers are polite, pleasant and helpful. It's a pleasure to have them in our home. The greatest inconvenience is when the carers don't come at the time indicated on the rota. They always tell us their reason i.e. delays with clients or staff absence through sickness.
On the whole very good, however, occasionally will give extra calls to the carer due to call on me thus delaying my call, not very pleasant. As most of my calls are required primarily for toilet needs as well as meals, on these occasions there is not warning of a possible delay.
Staff are very friendly and caring. They do their best to assist and help to care for my mother. But she is a proud woman and will not let them do much to help her (very stubborn). Some carers handle her better than others, overall I am quite happy with the care she is getting from Churchfields Home Care Ltd.
Basically, the service is excellent. The only problem is with staff reporting sick at weekends and school holidays, when the timing of arrival goes haywire.
Thank you for acting so professionally today in very difficult circumstances. You served my mother very well for which we are very grateful.
Churchfields have recently taken over my care from another company - the difference is amazing. Great carers as before but the management is so good - great communication. They send me a rota, answer the phone when the office is called. Especially allowing my son online access to the care management programme to see who is coming every day in 'real time'. Many thanks Churchfields.
My friend has found your carers very good, always arrive with a smile and are caring and helpful, he would be lost without them.
Kind, thoughtful, professional approach. Did what was necessary without prompting. Lovely people.
I would recommend Churchfields in all aspects of home care.
I found the staff extremely caring, compassionate and professional.
Thet seemed to enjoy their work and always cared for Dad with respect and good humour.
I would thoroughly recommend them.
Many thanks for the review, we wish dad well.
I really think the girls that come to me are wonderful. They look after me very well.
The care is excellent, the usual carers are helpful, punctual and pleasant. When replacement carers come, they are also very obliging, and deal well with my husband's requirements.
We have always been pleased with the help and attitude of all the carers. The organisation is managed well and would, and have, recommended them to friends and colleagues.
Many thanks for the good feedback.
Life's turned into a nightmare, glad of all the help I can get. The girls are very good as my wife is unable to care for herself in any way. Thank you.
Many thanks for the good feedback.
Excellent all round support is provided by Churchfields for my mother. Highly recommended.
Many thanks for the good feedback.
On a Monday morning a charming person comes to take me shopping for anything else I want to do, and I welcome the company and help. We both enjoy a good laugh so the week starts off well. I am happy to recommend anyone to Churchfields Home Care.
Many thanks for the good feedback.
The carers are very polite, caring and take an interest in me. They are always very helpful, as i say underneath, i would recommend them.
Many thanks for the good feedback.
I have found Churchfields very efficient and kind with regards to my aunt who at times can be difficult (as she has dementia) and she gets confused. Will ring me and keep me fully informed of any problems. Will react to any situation professionally and quickly.
Many thanks for the good feedback.

Meet the Team (5)
I began my career in care at the age of 19, working with both adults and children. From the very start, I found immense fulfilment in making a difference in people’s lives. This passion led me to an opportunity within the office as an administrator, where I gained invaluable knowledge about the care sector. I then progressed to the role of Care Coordinator, further strengthening my expertise.
My ultimate goal was always to establish my own Care Agency, knowing that providing quality care was my true calling. In 2012, that dream became a reality, and to this day, I remain dedicated to delivering exceptional care services. I am incredibly proud of how the company has grown and the fantastic team of staff who share the same commitment to excellence. We continue to develop and take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of care.
I joined Churchfields Home Care in 2024 as Financial Director, bringing over a decade of experience from the engineering sector. With a strong technical background, I have achieved a NEBOSH General accreditation, an HND and HNC in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Level 3 NVQ in Construction, Plant, and Machinery Maintenance and a Level 2 Diploma in Vehicle Inspection.
Transitioning from engineering and construction to the care sector is an exciting challenge, and I look forward to growing within the family business. My role allows me to apply my analytical and problem-solving skills while developing new expertise in the care industry. I am committed to ensuring Churchfields operates within legislation and best practices, supporting the company’s continued success and dedication to high-quality care.

She holds QCF Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care, a Level 3 First Aid at Work qualification, and a Manual Handling Passport. Committed to maintaining the highest standards, she plays a key role in ensuring Churchfields Home Care delivers exceptional support to service users.

Kim holds a QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Adult Management) Advanced Practice, a QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and an HNC in Housing Policy, Law, and Practice. With her wealth of knowledge and passion for high-quality care, Kim is committed to leading the team at Churchfields Home Care in delivering exceptional support to the individuals we support.
I joined Churchfields Home Care in May 2019 as an Admin Assistant and, through my dedication and passion for the care sector, progressed to the role of HR Manager in 2024. In this position, I am responsible for overseeing recruitment, human resources, policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Before joining Churchfields Home Care, I spent over 29 years in human resources and recruitment practices, with previous experience as a Regional Assistant Financial Accountant in the construction industry, where I managed a team of accountants.
I earned a Higher National Diploma in IT and Electrical Applications from the University of Glamorgan in 1996, and I initially started my career in media and production with a London-based organization.
I am extremely proud to be part of an organization that is committed to delivering excellent care while also fostering an environment where our staff can develop and thrive in their careers. In my role as HR Manager, I’m able to draw on my diverse experience to support the team at Churchfields Home Care in delivering the highest standard of care to the individuals we support.
