Additional information

You will have shadow visits to get to know our clients and families. Most visits are 60 minutes long with a very few being 30 minutes. Our emphasis is on providing company along side care needs. 

Mileage travelled is paid for between clients homes and the hourly rate of pay stays the same for travelling between clients.

Weekend work is required but this is fairly allocated ensuring you have a couple of full weekends off a month. 

Flexible working patterns is available and we are open to discuss needs around child care. Weekend only work is available.

We encourage individual career progression and will support with any additional training and NVQ courses.

Care certificate, first aid training, basic life support, safe guarding and moving and handling is mandatory and will be done annually through the company.
