Since my mother came home from hospital after a serious illness, Good Company Care have been nothing short of amazing. Mum has lost a lot of mobility and I provided a lot of care for her at home. However, I also work. Good Company Care have enabled me to stay in work by providing care services when I cannot and also holiday cover when I am away. The staff at Good Company are great with Mum. Friednly and knowledgeable. I don't know what we would do without them.

Good Company Care is a family-run business and is currently being run by Timothy and Anna Ratcliffe. Anna Ratcliffe is the Registered Manager and is in charge of the day-to-day running of the business along with Emma who attends to the administration and supports in providing exceptional care to. Timothy supports both Anna and Emma with the daily running of the company and is involved in the care of clients. Timothy's many years as a community nurse contribute to the thorough assessment of the care needs of the clients.
The ethos of the company is to establish a happy and positive workplace providing dignified care that is compassionate, kind and tailored to every individual’s needs. With a strong streak of humanity in all areas, promoting friendship and being good company, in this way facilitates the continuation of a good quality life in the client’s home.
Emma is our lovely and efficient office administrator. You will find her helpful, and she will answer all your enquiries to the best of her knowledge and what she doesn't know, she will enquire and get back to you. Emma also provides exceptional care to many of our clients. She is an asset to the company.
