Inna Care is looking for an experienced and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our growing Supported Living and Complex Care services across Havering and Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious organisation during a period of strategic growth. Working from our Romford office, you will lead a dedicated team of more than 60 care professionals while helping shape the future of services that genuinely change people's lives.

Inna Care is an independent provider of Adult's Care Services across Havering and Essex. We specialise in Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and Complex Care.

Everything we do is centred around delivering compassionate, person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity and positive outcomes.

 

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has the leadership skills to develop people and services.

 

Ideally you will have:

• Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Service Manager

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence
