Inna Care, with an office in Queens Court, Romford, is a family-owned, local care provider devoted to providing the highest-quality care for older people in the comfort of their own homes.

Inna Care offers a wide range of one-to-one services tailor-made to the needs of the individual - and home visits can be from 1-2 hours a day up to 24-7 care that includes weekends and holidays.

Services are flexible to the needs of each client. These can include personal care such as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating and medication; home help covering all aspects of day-to-day housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties; and companionship services that can involve everything from accompanying clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company.

Specialist Alzheimer’s and memory care available with continuity of caregiver are at the heart of services. Caregivers are carefully matched to every client. Specialist Parkinson's care is also available.

We've had the absolute pleasure of working with this care group for my nan, and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of them. The carers spend several hours a day with her and their warmth, attention, and patience have made such a positive difference in her life. She's genuinely happy, and my granddad
is too - he sees the love and respect the carers show every single day.


What makes this team truly stand out is how often they go above and beyond, even when they don't have to. It's not just a job to them - it's clear they really care. I've met many of the regular carers now and every single one has been amazing. You can tell they've been carefully chosen and properly supported.


The management and the owner of the business are also exceptional. They always make the time to check in with us, make sure everything is running smoothly, and ask if we're happy.

I have been a client of Inna Care for over two years and I am very pleased with the service they provide. The team helps me with cleaning, shopping and support with my nutritional needs. Their presence in my life has made a real difference to my daily life.
The carers are always professional, reliable,
and friendly. They treat me with respect and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and well-supported. It gives me peace of mind to know I can count on them not just for practical help but also for a friendly chat, which means a lot. I am always happy to see them.
The management team is also very responsive, compassionate in their approach and easy to communicate with. If I ever have a question or request, they handle it quickly and efficiently.

Inna Care took over my medication administration since in February 2019. I have noticed a great deal of differences in their management style. They have organised my medication to a safer system. They have also taken a great deal of interest in my personal wellbeing. I am very grateful to them. They

Her professional journey began in pharmacy, where she spent 5 years managing and running her own pharmacy. She then transitioned into life insurance for 7 years, followed by a successful 10-year career in international banking. Since 2014, Florina has dedicated herself fully to social care — a field that aligns with her values and passion for making a difference.


Florina holds an ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and is currently completing ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring. She has extensive training in compliance, safeguarding, and care governance, and leads Inna Care with a strong focus on personalised, high-quality support for each client.
