We've had the absolute pleasure of working with this care group for my nan, and I honestly couldn't speak more highly of them. The carers spend several hours a day with her and their warmth, attention, and patience have made such a positive difference in her life. She's genuinely happy, and my granddad is too - he sees the love and respect the carers show every single day. What makes this team truly stand out is how often they go above and beyond, even when they don't have to. It's not just a job to them - it's clear they really care. I've met many of the regular carers now and every single one has been amazing. You can tell they've been carefully chosen and properly supported. The management and the owner of the business are also exceptional. They always make the time to check in with us, make sure everything is running smoothly, and ask if we're happy.

Everything is perfect. The staff are so kind and caring, doing a very hard job with smiles on their faces. They attend to mums every need and offer companionship which is wonderful. Big thanks to them for everything and all they do, couldn't ask for more. Thank you ladies.

I have been a client of Inna Care for over two years and I am very pleased with the service they provide. The team helps me with cleaning, shopping and support with my nutritional needs. Their presence in my life has made a real difference to my daily life. The carers are always professional, reliable, and friendly. They treat me with respect and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and well-supported. It gives me peace of mind to know I can count on them not just for practical help but also for a friendly chat, which means a lot. I am always happy to see them. The management team is also very responsive, compassionate in their approach and easy to communicate with. If I ever have a question or request, they handle it quickly and efficiently. I have found this company and the ladies I have dealt with to be excellent. They have been both very professional, kind and caring in all aspects of dealing with my auntie and myself. A professional company that I would recommend to all in need. Very flexible to all requests.

Inna Care took over my medication administration since in February 2019. I have noticed a great deal of differences in their management style. They have organised my medication to a safer system. They have also taken a great deal of interest in my personal wellbeing. I am very grateful to them. They are 'keeping all the balls in the air'. Thank you all.
