Job description:

Community Carer – Conwy, Flintshire & Denbeighshire recruitment

Work locally in your own community

£13– £17.10 per hour (including holiday pay)

45p per mile travel paid

We are recruiting Community Carers in the Conwy, Flintshire & Denbighshire areas to support local people in their own homes, to be part of something that genuinely matters.

You’ll be supporting individuals with:

Personal care

Medication support (where trained)

Meal preparation

Companionship

Helping people remain independent at home

Caring, dependable individuals

Drivers with access to a vehicle (Requirement)

Good communication skills
