Support Worker

We are currently seeking a complex care to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in need, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in assisted living, home care, or similar care environments, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.

A enhanced children and adults DBS is required to work with us.

Location: Radstock
Shifts: 8 hour day shifts 
Pay: £18PH 

Duties

• Provide tailored care and support within the client’s home.
• Monitor and manage seizures, ensuring appropriate interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience with learning disability & Autism
• Working with client that have epilepsy
• Strong communication skills (verbal and non-verbal methods).
• Compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including full days during school holidays.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare support preferred.
