Initially establishing his experience in the NHS in Acute Care roles, including as a Charge Nurse, Benjamin transitioned in 2017 to lead our Clinical Teams. Lauren is our Registered Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care services, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

Her duties include managing staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, developing care plans, maintaining health and safety standards, and building strong relationships with our clients and their families to support person-centred care. Read less

Zahrah is our Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our regulated services and ensuring operational excellence across all areas. She leads team coordination through regular meetings, workforce planning, and collaboration with the Clinical and Recruitment teams to maintain full shift coverage.

Zahrah also manages payroll accuracy, financial reporting, and cost control while monitoring overall financial performance to support effective budgeting and service delivery. She oversees the setup of new care packages on Care Planner, ensuring compliance and data integrity, and plays an active role in incident management and on-call support.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Zahrah helps drive continuous improvement and supports the onboarding of new clients to strengthen our growing service. Read less

Sarah serves as Clinical Lead, overseeing the clinical training and supervision of our care packages. She plays a key role in ensuring the safe and effective implementation of new packages by being actively involved during the initial transition phase. Georgia Fox serves as our Clinical Lead, supporting the delivery of high-quality paediatric care, clinical governance, and family-centred practice across our services.

Georgia is a registered paediatric nurse with clinical experience in children’s inpatient care within the NHS. Since October 2023, she has worked as a Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurse at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, caring for children from birth to 18 years of age with a wide range of health conditions and complex care needs.

Her clinical experience includes supporting children with oncology conditions, mental health needs, diabetes, and other complex healthcare requirements. She has developed strong skills in acute paediatric nursing, patient assessment, multidisciplinary collaboration, family communication, and the delivery of safe, compassionate, and person-centred care within fast-paced healthcare environments.

Georgia brings a strong foundation of frontline paediatric nursing experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to supporting children, families, and clinical teams while maintaining high standards of care delivery. Read less
