We are a small, personally owned care company looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our growing team.

Unlike a large care organisation, we pride ourselves on providing a personal and friendly service, both to the people we care for and to our staff. We believe good care is about more than completing tasks — it’s about taking the time to listen, building relationships and helping people feel safe, comfortable and valued in their own homes.

The role will include:

• Supporting clients with their daily routines
• Personal care where required
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Medication support
• Light household duties
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Helping clients maintain their independence
• Treating every client with dignity, kindness and respect

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Caring, patient and compassionate
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Respectful of each person’s individual needs and choices
• Able to work independently while being part of a supportive team

Previous care experience is welcome, but the right attitude and personality are just as important to us. Training and support can be provided.
