The Role

As a Care Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity. Typical duties include:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Medication prompts and support
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
• Light domestic duties and housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Supporting mobility and helping with daily routines
• Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities
