Job description

·  Shifts start from 7:30am, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required. Weekend patterns can be discussed at interview and may be alternate weekends or every weekend.

Duties will include:

We provide person-centred care that focuses on each client as an individual, rather than a simple tick-box approach. We avoid the typical time-and-task model, helping you deliver quality care without feeling rushed or expected to be in two places at once. Your main tasks will include:

·  Motivating clients to get the most out of their day and encouraging independence

·  Personal care

·  Administering medication

·  Assisting clients with washing and dressing

·  Meal preparation

·  Housekeeping

·  Taking clients to appointments, outings and Shopping

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

We may be able to offer an additional 20 hours to skilled workers.

· Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own car

· Have a genuine passion for helping others

· Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

Job type: Part-time, permanent. Please note that we currently offer zero-hours contracts only.
