About Us

Custom Links Care is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistants to support a female client in her own home in Leigh-on-Sea and the surrounding areas.

You will work alongside another member of staff to provide person-centred support, helping the client with personal care, emotional wellbeing, life skills and meaningful activities.

Shift times:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am–9:00am
• 3:00pm–6:00pm

This provides 20 hours of scheduled support per week.

The Role

As a Home Care Assistant / Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing practical and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Supporting social activities and community involvement
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Following individual care plans and risk assessments
• Working collaboratively with families, colleagues and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Following safeguarding procedures and promoting the safety of the people we support

• Experienced in care — desirable, but not essential

An Enhanced DBS check will be required, and we can provide support with the application process.
