Join Heritage Healthcare Windsor and support people across Maidenhead, Cox Green, Cookham and Bourne End to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential—we provide a fully paid induction, comprehensive training and ongoing support.

What you’ll receive

· £14.50–£21.75 per hour

What you’ll be doing

· Providing personal care with dignity and respect

· Supporting with medication once trained

· Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition

· Offering companionship and emotional support

· Helping with shopping and community visits

· Supporting mobility and independence

· Completing light household tasks

· Keeping clear and accurate care records

What we’re looking for

· A full UK driving licence

· Access to your own vehicle

· The right to work in the UK

· Good communication skills

· A caring, patient and dependable approach

· Availability to work alternate weekends

· To live within a realistic travelling distance of the service area

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Helpful but not essential

· A Care Certificate

· A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
