Provide consistent one-to-one support

Heritage Healthcare Windsor is recruiting compassionate and reliable Live-in Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. You will build a trusted relationship and provide consistent support that helps each person remain safe, comfortable and independent in familiar surroundings.

What you’ll be doing

· Supporting personal care and daily routines with dignity

· Preparing meals and supporting with medication once trained

· Providing companionship and emotional support

· Encouraging independence and wellbeing

· Keeping clear and accurate care records

· Reporting concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly

Essential requirements

· The right to work in the UK

· Good spoken and written communication skills

· The ability to live in a client’s home during agreed placements

· A professional, caring and reliable approach

We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Helpful but not essential

· Previous care or live-in care experience

· A Care Certificate

· A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
