About Us

At Everycare, we believe great care starts with great people. Everycare are a well-established homecare provider dedicated to helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We're looking for a warm, reliable, and compassionate Care Worker to join our excellent, growing team. We are based in Reigate with all of our clients living within a six mile radius. Awarded Good by CQC, we have been serving our clients in East Surrey for over 30 years. 

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting clients with daily living — washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication prompts
• Providing companionship and helping clients to stay connected to their community
• Assisting with light housekeeping, errands and outings
• Building genuine, trusting relationships with the people you support
• Working closely with families and our care team to deliver person-centred care

What We're Looking For

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature — experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided
• Good communication skills, a positive mindset and a genuine interest in helping others
• The ability to adapt and respond to clients' changing needs
• A full driving licence and use of a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
