The whole team are marvellous! Mum receives excellent care from all the carers that visit her. Jacqui is so helpful and courteous at all times. I can't recommend them enough! Since having Everycare it enables dad to take a step back and get the rest that he needs.

Mum has been receiving care from Everycare for the last couple of months, the carers have been fantastic with mum, always making sure that she is ready for her coffee mornings on a Wednesday, her hair and make up is always done. Communication is good, carers respond positively to any notes left, giving
me reassurance that mum is being well looked after. The office are always happy for me to pop in if I ever need anyone to talk to regarding mums care

Everycare has been excellent right from the start, have never let me down, my main carer is always on time, and she always goes the extra mile for me. The office staff are very accommodating and will change my call with out any problem should I need to reschedule it to attend appointments.

I have been with Everycare from September 2013 always friendly and caring are like friends more than carers some have helped me with paperwork I look forward to seeing them and the office staff are amazing nothing is to much for them if anyone asks me who are my carers I always recommend Everycare

Mum looks forward to seeing her carers I know she is in safe hands . I would rate 10 out of 10 . all her carers kind and easy to talk to always any problems regards mum I know straight away. If it was not for every care mum would be in a home they allow her to stay in her home be happy .mum as struggled
since dads passing but the carers are just fantastic I would recommend to anyone looking for kind hard working honest friendly carers.i made the right choice they did doubles too when dad was hear again not a bad word from my dad loved the carers. Medication given etc you can rely on . Office manager and staff are fantastic to easy to talk to regards mums needs.thank you all .

Extremely professional, competent care for my mother, who's partially paralysed following a stroke. The whole team are extremely caring and happy to undertake any related tasks needed. Mum says, "I couldn't be more pleased with the care and kindness of the whole staff team and the consideration they
show me". Where we've any questions or concerns, they have been promptly dealt with in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the care that our mum has received. She looks forward to seeing the carers every visit, they have all been very caring and understanding towards mum. Communication has also been great any questions we have asked have been answered quickly. It has been a peace of mind for us as a family

What an Amazing Team. Any concerns or anxiety regarding my mother living at home with early signs of dementia have totally evaporated. Each carer plays a fantastic role in keeping mum happy, well cared for, safe and valued whilst also keeping her dignity. Communication of needs and changing situations
has been seamless which is paramount in a progressive illness like dementia. Everycare have been faultless from each individual carer up to the Team leader. Myself and my family would highly recommend the Everycare Team.

Outstanding help looking after my dad means I can go out when I need to. Dad is very happy with the service that they offer. The carers look after dad from washing him getting his breakfast making him comfortable at night. Thank you.

Everycare have been excellent in every way, polite and caring to my mother-in-law making her comfortable and safe. Mum has always been happy with the care she has received and always looks forward to the visits. The care my mother-in-law has received has been second to none.

I have the carers 4 times a day to assist Mum they are absolutely great and do all that needs to be done. Very helpful, friendly and do the jobs as we want. Mum seems very happy and so am I as it takes a lot off me. Couldn't be happier. The office staff are very helpful if any problems they are always
sorted straight away.

My 95-year-old father has 3 carers each day to help with getting up, dressing washing, breakfast, lunch, medication and putting him to bed. They have gone above and beyond to make dad feel comfortable and happy in his own flat. Dad still has his sense of humour and is cheeky even at 95 years old, and
likes to chat. His carers make his day. The office staff too are great and quick to act on any changes to dad's routine, keeping me informed of everything. A big thank you to all.

I found Everycare staff in the office both welcoming and understanding. Most of the carers are pleasant and are good at their job, with a good sense of humour; they share a lot of laughs with my husband, who is completely bedbound. The twenty minutes the two carers spend with him is a help to me. I
have with pleasure recommended Everycare to a friend who needs help.

Jacqui started her care journey in 2009 and has worked in many different care settings, working with Learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, dementia, elderly, Parkinson's and stroke, to name just a few, working in residential settings and out in the community.


Starting her care journey as a care assistant, Jacqui progressed and became the Manager for Everycare East Surrey in November 2023, becoming CQC registered in February 2024.


When she is not working, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, and travelling.
