Overall Everycare (East Surrey) provided a reliable and good standard of care over a 6 year period. Most of the staff were caring and considerate whilst a handful were excellent, likewise, a couple were very good. We had no worries with the service and the manager seemed always to be on the top of the
running of the office etc.

Everycare visited my mother who was living in sheltered accommodation but gradually losing confidence in everyday life due to Alzheimer's and dementia. Everycare assisted her with her medication and general welfare for approx 1 hour a day. We found Everycare to be caring and considerate and would keep
us informed on my mothers worsening condition. Everycare was in particular very good with mum having built up a good and caring relationship with her.

The care my Aunt received from Everycare in the last few years of her life was second to none. The manager and carers were very supportive of my Aunt and myself when she returned home after a long spell in hospital last year. I have to say if my mum lived nearer I would change her carers to Everycare
at a drop of a hat.

Having used previous care providers, I cannot say how pleased we now are to have Everycare look after my mother. They show professionalism and compassion when the attitude by my mother does not always warrant it. They go out of their way to accommodate her needs in a dignified manner and as a family,
we felt confident that she is well looked after. The care ladies quickly get to know how she likes things done and do their best to keep her happy as well as her basic needs met. Care teams get a lot of bad press, but they obviously haven't used Everycare.

Overall, I found the standard of care offered to my mother was excellent. The management are very competent and always willing to help, whilst many of the carers went above and beyond the call of duty to offer extra support when needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Everycare to others
and I am very grateful for all their help and assistance.

Everycare carers assisted my mother to get washed and dressed on a daily basis until she died a month ago. Over the years she received wonderful care and attention from all her regular carers, all of whom were friendly, compassionate and caring. Although I was very protective of my mother I was happy
to trust them with her care.

Everycare cared for my mother, who is in her late 90's, in her own home, for approximately 4 years, until she finally had to enter a care home.
They were excellent to deal with, provided a reliable program of home visits, and were always flexible when circumstances changed. Their home visit carers
were friendly, compassionate and caring. We were very happy with them.

Everycare have provided everything we asked of them. This was delivered with kindness and humour. My parents were sometimes difficult but they were always patient with them. They were able to enjoy a joke with them and the whole experience was fair, patient and caring.

Since 2011, this care agency has attended to the needs of a relative. This was a very complex case with huge challenges in terms of his fluctuation, mental, physical and emotional health.
Reliably, every day, the personnel from Everycare tended to his needs with sensitivity and unfailingly good humour.
Nothing was too much trouble and they often "went the extra mile" for him.
Communication between he staff and us the family, has always been good, and we were so grateful for this when we had warning that end of life was imminent.
I cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Everydcare.

Overall I was satisfied with the service provided. The standard of care provided varied according to which carers attended. there were about six to eight carers who were excellent and went above and beyond what we expected, on the other hand there were some who did the bare minimum, also sometimes the
time keeping wasn't up to scratch. the staff in the office were very approachable and friendly.

Due to my own ager and health problems, daily carers came in to help my sister-in-law (95) to wash and dress. They were always prompt, efficient and cheerfully willing to help in any way. They provided a welcome friendly chat and always left everything neat and tidy. I would certainly recommend the
services of Everycare to anyone in need of assistance.

Jacqui Armstrong

Job Title: Registered Manager

Jacqui started her care journey in 2009 and has worked in many different care settings, working with Learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis, dementia, elderly, Parkinson's and stroke, to name just a few, working in residential settings and out in the community.


Starting her care journey as a care assistant, Jacqui progressed and became the Manager for Everycare East Surrey in November 2023, becoming CQC registered in February 2024.


When she is not working, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family, and travelling.
