Community Care Worker

Here at Falcon-Care we are recruiting for Community Care Workers to join our team and assist in providing the best quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care & hygiene needs
• Welfare checks
• Food preparation
• Medication management & administration
• Complex care needs
• Dementia care
• End of life/ palliative care
• Light domestic duties
• Social and shopping visits

Requirements

• Valid UK drivers licence & use of own vehicle
• Must have flexible availability
• Good communication
• Must have smart phone
• Must be willing to travel

Desirable

• Previous care experience is an advantage
• Relevant qualification in Adult Social Care
• Care Certificate is an advantage
