Job Summary

Looking for a role where every visit genuinely matters? 

Aroma Care is hiring Children Support Workers across Warwickshire to support young people with daily routines, personal care and educational and recreational activities. Helping children thrive and feel supported, in the comfort of their own homes. 

What you'll be doing:

- Providing personalised care and support in line with individual care plans
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting medication administration and health needs
- Helping children get ready for school and with daily routines
- Preparing food and meals suited to individual needs
- Facilitating educational and recreational activities
- Offering flexible scheduling to suit family needs
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and progress
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals on optimal care plans
- Responding promptly to client needs and emergencies
- Upholding health and safety standards at all times
 

What you'll get:
- £13.07 per hour, salaried with guaranteed contracted hours. No zero-hours contracts
- Company fuel card for authorised work-related mileage

- NVQ development, Levels 2–5, and Care Certificate development

What we're looking for:
- A valid UK Driving Licence (or valid International Driving Licence) and proof of car ownership
- A kind, reliable, patient and empathetic approach to care
- We also need energetic individuals who can support children with different needs and some experience is appreciated.
- The right to work in the UK (we're unable to offer visa sponsorship)
- No experience necessary, full training provided
