SITTING CARE SUPPORT WORKER

£13.50 per hour | Herne Bay, Whitstable & Surrounding Areas

At Respect4Care, we believe the most important thing we can give someone is our time. As a Sitting Care Support Worker, you will provide companionship, reassurance, meaningful conversation and practical support while helping people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Your duties may include:

Providing companionship and meaningful interaction

Supporting personal care, dressing and toileting where included in the care plan

Preparing meals, drinks and snacks

Supporting mobility and maintaining a safe environment

Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns

Maintaining accurate Careline Live records

Following person-centred care plans and Respect4Care policies

What we are looking for:

A caring, patient and compassionate nature

Good communication and relationship-building skills

Reliability and professionalism

Willingness to learn and undertake training

Full UK driving licence and vehicle preferred (reliable walkers considered)
