Support Worker in Shoeburyness

We are recruiting a permanent Support Worker for a supported living service in Shoeburyness, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs.

Key details:

• Permanent, full-time position that includes earlies, lates and sleep-in shifts

• 40 hours per week

• Weekend working required on a rota basis

• Sleep-ins paid additionally

• Overtime available

• Previous care experience required

The role will involve:

• Supporting adults to maintain their independence

• Supporting them to access the community and take part in activities and outings

• Providing person-centred care and support

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills

• Helping people maintain their tenancy

• Encouraging choice, independence and wellbeing
